Twenty Five hours after we were picked up at our Hong Kong hotel we landed in Ottawa! Now to try and stay awake a little longer to fight off jet lag!

Just wondering how you’re enjoying your Ottawa winter, now that it is hopefully almost done?
Any new travel plans? Loved following this, I’ve been checking back, but nothing lately, wondering what is next??
We’re basking in the 32C heat in Mission, Texas. Spent Jan, Feb and half of Mar in Port Isabel, then here for two weeks, then we’ll start our journey home. First to Laredo, San Antonio, Crater of Diamonds State Park, then to Memphis/Nashville/Knoxville for a bunch of sightseeing. Don’t know where we’ll go from there, park in Carleton Place opens around May 1, so we may have to dawdle on the way.

Hi, glad you’re enjoying the heat! We’re basking in the 29C heat of the Gulf Shores in Alabama.
After our West Coast trip last year, we headed back to our favourite RV resort in Foley Al and left the trailer here. We went home and sold the truck and headed off to China, Tibet etc which you have probably read about. In January we headed back down to Foley, where our trailer was already on site and have spent the last 3 months here, heading home on Saturday. I decided we wouldn’t do a blog while we were here as we have explored, and blogged, moat of the local area over the last few years. The blog will now be reserved for international trips, od which there should be at least one a year.
As soon as we get home preparations will get underway for a 4 week trip to S. Africa in mid October. Stay tuned!
